I enjoyed collecting these back in the day...

Anyone know where you can find replacement foam in the dark gray color? I found one smooth foam from an electronic package, but I need more to fix another case.

You can buy gray colored foam in ebay. And just mold them yourself. Nice metal vault by the way.

Nice vault collection! The short answer is get foam online and cut it to size... Oakley doesn't have replacement foam. Even if they did the foam they use doesn't seem to hold up very well. A fabric store might be a good place to look.

There is a guy on our UK eBay offering reproduction foam, not too cheap but it looks factory:

Like others have said you might be best off buying a large piece of the foam and having a go yourself as you have a nice collection there of all different shapes and sizes.

I found some low profile high density foam from an old system board static bag.... it's reddish and looks kinda cool.

Nice vaults. I have seen some foam on eBay. You may get lucky finding some foam at hobby or craft stores, but it may not be of any color.

Thanks... I'm comfortable with the compressed foam I found in old static bags.
