4. For a simple way to wash just fill a bucket with cool or warm water and add some detergent to it. Dump the mf bags in there and let soak a bit. You can add a very little bit of distilled white vinegar to it for the soak. Then just hand wash, rinse the bejeezus out of it and air dry.
What is the benefit of adding vinegar?
I think dish soap is too abrasive for the lenses, coats are delicate, which is why I recommend a ph neutro soap for them.I use dish soap to clean my bags. A little warm water and repeat the cleaning until the water is clear on the rinse. Ive done that for years. It’s also a good way to clean frames and lenses at the same time.
