CR-39I thought they were glass they are different from oakley lenses but someone told me they were glass that's why they chip so easily
Okay so my bad. So what are these lenses made of? They chip easily when you use a dremel
CR-39
Not glass
The material is CR39. They are only rated z80, I believe all Oakley lenses are rated z87. CR39 material is has more clarity but the downfall is less impact resistance. I realize 80 percent of us probably don't worry about the ANSI rating thoughI thought they were glass they are different from oakley lenses but someone told me they were glass that's why they chip so easily
I hear they’re great when riding MF tractorsI realize 80 percent of us probably don't worry about the ANSI rating though
