I thought they were glass they are different from oakley lenses but someone told me they were glass that's why they chip so easily

The material is CR39. They are only rated z80, I believe all Oakley lenses are rated z87. CR39 material is has more clarity but the downfall is less impact resistance. I realize 80 percent of us probably don't worry about the ANSI rating though

Maaan all this time i thought they were glass they sure as hell are alot softer to cut than Oakley lenses
