Since Dillon doesn’t make lenses for Romeo’s they all are custom cut, Dillon won’t cut them

i was under impression that Dillon can cut prescription lenses for other brand frames, the idea was to try and see if the lenses will crack or no because i need -3.00 diopter which is thicker as you go away from center and hopefully will be strong enough not to be affected by romeo's "built in" cracking point near the screws

Dillon does cut presciption lenses to other brand frames. You can send them Romeo frame specs and your prescription info and ask them if they can do it.

I have silver Dillon varifocal prescription lenses in my Pit Boss frames.

Did you send Pit Boss specs or did you send the frame?

I first sent the specs and after they told me they can do the lenses for that frame then I sent the frame (and bought the prescription lenses)

It's going to be for some penny's, but if I recall you said to get a pair of phx to get cut right. It looks like they all cost the same.
