The nosepads are very easy to changed. You just pull them off. They are just like the Sutros and Flight Jackets and basically every sunglass with a rubber nosepiece from Oakley:):). Did your Kato X come with three nose pieces?
Yep I actually figured it all out yesterday, once I got the nosepads and arms adjusted, whew these things are comfy!

I have adjusted the arms yet but I did try on the nose pieces. Do the arms move a lot?
Not really, but after figuring out how to adjust the arms and the nosepads it made a HUGE difference in the comfort level on my face!

Nice:). Where did you find the Kato X?
I actually found them at a local retailer (Scheels). I exchanged the Kato X for the regular Kato in prizm road because they will be my cycling glasses and those prizm black lenses are too dark for cycling outside of in bright sunlight.

You can get the Kato X in Canada for CDN$345 but only in Polished Black, Prizm Black from Holt Renfrew (high level department store).
Can someone explain how to adjust the arms? I REALLY don't want to break them!! Hope above helps!!

Yep it took me awhile too. Here are the steps:

1. open the hatch on the temple. the first time this will take a little effort. Notice the long pin location in the middle hole and the arrow facing straight backward.

2. adjust the arm up or down to fit your preference.

3. turn the pegs so the long peg goes in the hole which corresponds to which angle you turned the temples (if you angled the temples down, the arrow needs to point down and the long pin lines up with the bottom hole and likewise on top).

4. once the pegs are lined up to the correct holes shut the hatch until it clicks.

hope that helps, step 3 was the tricky one for me to figure out.
