I had a major back surgery last month. I'm still trying to recover to a functional human being. There's not much I can do right now other than lie down, sit, and walk for short periods at a time. Some days are ok, others are not so great. Today is one of those not so great days. Hopefully I start to improve soon. It'll be a slow process, but I'll get there.

Wow, I feel for you. That really is a bummer, been out for two weeks and I thought it would never end. I can't imagine a month or more. Stay strong my oakley brother, a good guy like you is sure to recover with all the positive vibes heading your way. We are all pulling for you, can't wait to see you out hiking again rocking some cool shades!!!

Thanks for the kind words. I hope to spring back within 9-12 months. It'll be a long road, but hopefully worth it. The up-side is that I've got titanium hardware in my spine now.
