Not bad - paid under $650 for it...

I'll probably mod it like I do everything else in the world I touch, but I have to put in the research to buy good components....

I got plenty of time...

I don't want to get crazy, but all I "think" I really need/want is a nice magnifying scope..

Maybe some better ergonomic grips...

Not gonna get silly with it because it will probably come out of the closet only 2 or 3 times a year...

What I was really looking for was a super quiet .22 rifle I could take to my parents house and shoot without being loud (squirrels, possums, rabbits, etc)

I will admit that when Carlitos and I shot the AR, within 5 minutes we had two cops in SUV's driving up and down the street investigating what I assumed to be a shots fired complaint lol...

1-4x is a popular low-magnification scope. 3-9 is kind of the next step up, then you can get into a bunch of wild stuff like 2-12, 4-16, and up.

If you're shooting closer than 100 yards the 1-4x is a fun choice. I have a 1-4 on one of mine, and a 3-15 on another.

As far as grips - Magpul makes several. Ergo is one of my favorites. I have BCM Mod3's on my short rifles and Ergo on my long gun, with a Magpul MOE+ on my SCAR.

Absolutely zero of any of that post made sense to me haha !!! But I liked it anyways...

Guns will probably be another fad of mine, kind of like when I get a hair in my ass to buy expensive shoes or expensive glasses, etc...

As of today, it's the flavor of the month, but by January I'll move into another money sucking hobby lol...

Only fad that has stuck around for me for a long time is expensive muscly cars and photography equipment...
