The holbrook XL said it was an online exclusive, where the holbrook, frog, sylas and Sutro were in store, but also online and sunglass huts

I saw the 'exclusive' part but did not see where it specifically said online only. (If it did, the sales rep would have pointed that out I'd imagine).

No offense but sometimes they don’t know squat , there’s only a few knowledgeable people working in each store IMO.

My local vault only has 2 people who know what they’re talking about, the others not so much. Guess it all depends on how they’re trained and where their passion is (if it exists)

The email literally says “online exclusive”

Especially if it’s not available on smartshopper (the in store tool)

If ordering another pair was a thought now would be the time to do it. We just went buy one get one 1/2 any pair yesterday morning..... 1 pair full price - Up to 9 pair at half full price and up to 9 pair at half clearance before it restarts the deal....

Encoders, Katos, Kato Xs, and NFL are excluded from any promotions......
