Replace parts question

Hi guys, would like to know what is the price point if i want to refinish my 1st gen x metal juliet, tune, lens (change to non polarize close to ruby colour) and all rubber parts. Prefer affordable 3rd party linegear. Also please suggest me the best guy in this forum that can do these service.
