Si Belt?

It's a rigger belt. If you want the function and the price is killing you go get a proven slide buckle one. The Oakley belt uses the ADF Raptor buckle, which is where most of the expenses is coming from. I'd prefer the AustriAlpin Cobra for a serious use belt of the same style. The AA Cobra is a little more robust and stands up to claimed load ratings.

I mean, the Raptor is rated to 9kN, which is a little over 2,000 lbf, so if you're not relying on it to haul yourself up and catch you if you drop you should be fine.

TT is NSN listed. $42, this is what I'd buy for a standard slide buckle if you just want the style. Definitely this over a no-name or the Walmart of tactical - Blackhawk!.
Riggers Belt

Otherwise anything comparable to Oakley's (with or without V-Ring) is still going to cost you north of $60 with either style quick release buckle.
