Hey @Yo Flawch! I finally used the Salmon Leather. So far…it’s probably the perfect thickness for wrapping sunglasses. Thin as onion skin but still looks cool

Initially the tobacco/cognac waxed thread to match the croc. Now I’m leaning towards the X-Metal gray.

Tried something new.

Usually I use Skidmore’s leather cream. Beeswax and natural oils. Today I did a side by side comparison with Neatsfoot oil. Made from cow parts. Gotta say I’m right on the top of the fence. Skidmore’s is cleaner looking and will age and get darker naturally. Neatsfoot oil is much darker from the get go but has a cool rough and tumble feel. Also it supposedly sets up leather to take dye more evenly which is why I got it in the first place.

Thoughts?
