Tungsten iridium and headlights

Has anyone else ever had issues with tungsten lenses causing headlights to look like they are double. I think some people call it a "ghost" image. I've got some Jupiter squared with those lenses and sometimes I will see this. Didn't know if that was common or do I have some faulty lenses?

Technically can happen with any lens, but Tungsten and especially Fire, are the worst offenders.
