Yes. I used paypal and the shipper used the address on paypal but somehow they Fd up. I've had dozens of packages delivered to this address since october last year

Their customer service actually suck. They don't know anything and just told me whatever is written on the tracking info which is "forwarded". They said they're goin to give me a call regarding any updates on my package but they didn't give me a timeline when they will call.
