USPS sucks

Yea that makes no sense. I’d be on the phone tomorrow
Their customer service actually suck. They don't know anything and just told me whatever is written on the tracking info which is "forwarded". They said they're goin to give me a call regarding any updates on my package but they didn't give me a timeline when they will call.

No, you need to call your local office. You’ll have much more success that way.
