What Really Grinds Your Gears?

That is insane. I can't imagine something like that happening.

I dunno what DOT standards are... I'm convinced they're similar to Transport Canada standards ...

A child may use the front seat even if equipped with an air bag... They may not be placed in fear facing child seats (unless vehicle is equipped with a factory installed airbag cutoff)

To sit without a seat/booster/additional restraint... Child must measure at least 63cm from rump to crown...

So I got a nest thermostat and put it in Sunday, wouldn't detect my white wire "call for heat", so it only gave me a cooling option. No good, so I took it off and was going to try again. Last night, I reinstalled it, this time it found all the wires, everything tested great, heat came on, brought the house up to 70, awesome. After about an hour I noticed the heat hadn't run (usually runs 3 or so times an hour), so I went to investigate. If I bumped up the temp, I could hear the furnace click on, then after a second, click back off. WTF. So I go look at the nest and it says there's a problem with my fan wire. So I check both ends, nothing wrong. At this point it was getting late, and I didn't want to leave it with no heat all night, so I was swapping my old thermostat back on. Well lucky for me I dropped the wires back into the wall. :rage:. Long story short, my thermostat is now hooked up in my basement and hanging in front of my furnace in the basement. -_-

Imagine how hard humans had it hundreds of years ago. ;)

Yeah, graphic demonstration. Wouldn't have wanted to be in the Malibu because I might have died of blandness but better that than actually dying in the Bel Air.
True. It is good to see how far things have come. Just makes you think how things were so different back then.
