Later than usual this month, I’d preordered the Christmas box before realising that it was the same as the December box anyway. I like the sleeve the usual box came in.

Festive flavours like mulled wine and snowball, but I think my favourite was lemon/gingerbread, which doesn’t feel that Christmassy. Clementine/pine needles is very seasonal though and that was nice too.

Back again to the Latchstring Restaurant. Deep Fried Cheese Curds, Chislic (a South Dakota tradition…marinated tenderloin served flash fried with onion and jalapeño sticks), and another bit of Bison Stew. Someone asked for the superfluous rabbit food…what the heck. It’s Christmas!
