What's On Your Plate???

Tuesday night did a little East meets West with stir-fry shrimp with ginger and onion and a Julia Child recipe for grated zucchini (I also included yellow squash) sauteed in butter and shallots...

Both dishes were hits.

After yesterday's boat ride we went to Green Pastures (no, not green acres...:D), a restaurant converted from a historical mansion...

The light inside was low enough that my pics came out as crap so I'll save you from most of them. But here's my medium-rare peacock breast... delicious!

Very strange tasting. I thought the peppers might come through at the end but they come through right up front and stay through the other flavors. Very odd.
