I typically hate sugar free items, but in the case of energy drinks, it is the way to go for me. All boost, no crash nor headache.

Yeah - be it energy drinks or sodas, I rarely drink the full-sugar variety these days, too many empty calories and I don't mind the taste (TWSS). I'll save my empty-calorie consumption for booze...
