Friday night at Pluckers...

The Kids kept getting in my beer pics...

When I went to the restroom, this was the sign on the door...

Apparently that can be a little confusing; as I was leaving a gay guy walked in, took a confused look around, then asked, "Hey, where's the buffet?!?"

Saturday I smoked some beef ribs, the slab is just under 5 lbs...

Peel the membrane...

Season it up...

Then on the smoker...

And let it smoke for five hours...

Five hours later...

The tender meat easily pulls off the bone...

Delicious!

I am not a big pork fan. Can't recall eating beef ribs.

Don't know why, I am not a big barbecue fan, in general. That'll explain why I don't have a charcoal or gas grill. Only used electric grills, and still do so to this day. Lol
