went and had a little bit of salad with my bowl of ranch dressing...

cup of broccoli and cheese....

oh, and pulled the ultimate fat guy move by asking for a to-go cup and filling it with ice cream...

brought it back to my desk to snack on it all afternoon.....

what makes it "chinese style" ??
It came with beancurd strips and ****ake mushrooms served in a claypot. In this restaurant, they used a metal pot. The recipe usually says to saute the meat and sause together and then let the cooked meat sit over night, then put eveything in a pot the next day and heat that up.
 
However you cook brisket, you have to cook it a long time to break down the connective tissue. Otherwise it's just too tough.
