Love love the food in Pa. I spent many of summers growing up in Pennsylvania Dutch country. Visiting my grandparents. The food. IT’s mentioned often when talking with my friends::: about those summers :::

Indeed! I retired in 2007…spent the next 10 years or so gaining 85 pounds thanks to PA Dutch chow. About four or five years ago I realized, while the food was great, I was hammering my life span 😏…I lost the 85 pounds over the course of a couple years, and now am a bit more circumspect with the Chicken and Waffles, Pretzels, Fastnacht Donuts, Whoopie Pies, and Shoofly Pies!

I ❤️ Pa chow, but eat it in moderation
