Got a little behind here, been a busy week...
From a couple of nights ago, a Whataburger Monterey Melt - two 1/4 lb patties, American and Monterey Jack cheese, grilled peppers and onions, and jalapeño ranch. The Poblano peppers in the grilled pepper mix really make this stand out. I added lettuce and tomato because, at Whataburger, you "have it your way..."
