The first dish was my favourite, an egg cooked sous vide at 65 deg C for 40 mins with cheese foam and black Piedmont truffle. The membrane over the risotto dish was edible.

The lollipop is white chocolate covered blue cheese with a port reduction. I thought it disgusting, the table next to me loved it! The cherry is pretty though.
