Easy Orange Baked Chicken Recipe | She Wears Many Hats

It isn't fancy, but this is dinner tonight. It is hard finding things the kid likes. She did not enjoy the burgers last night. But she destroys plain, non marinated chicken. Hopefully things works. I am not a cook, but is am willing to try most any recipe.

I feel ya - it's difficult finding meals that both the kids and parents enjoy. I probably produce one meal a week with the goal of everybody eating the same thing. The rest of the time I have to cook one thing for The Kids and another thing for The Wife and me. Then I provide some dinners to my mother so for Tuesday and Thursday dinner I'm cooking three different meals totaling six portions all at the same time. It's a bit of a challenge.

Generally, we cook for the kid. Once a month or so we do what we want. It isn't worth the fight that often.
