Wow K, what's the name of the dish (been having merely Asian dish for the past 5 years)?

It was from the in-hotel restaurant at a Hilton in NJ, Italian / Italian-American type stuff. That was an off-menu special, grilled halibut over braised greens and tomato in piombi pasta; I don't recall exactly what they called the sauce but it was tomato, olive oil, and garlic-based. Pretty tasty; surprisingly so because some of my past dishes from there were only mediocre.

Just love the food presentation on the dishes and Halibut is one of my favorite entree. Judging from all the ingredient, my mouth is already watering from those flavor.

Honestly all your past dishes are outstanding, even had a discussion with @YakuzaFloralGangsta about the actual Chinese food in China is not so pleasant. Very non flavor and especially oilly.

tomato, olive oil, and garlic-based? sounds like a Pomodoro sauce. And that does look pretty good!
