Can someone tell me if the lenses from the Radars and Radars Asian Fit are interchangeable?

Is there any way to use radarlock lens in a radar frame?? I myself tried it but cannot able to do that so there is this video on YouTube... The title says 'Radarlock lens in a radar frame '... i asked the creater of the video and he replied to grind off the edges of the lens. Here is the link:
