They may have been made different... but they also have unobtanium and dont sit on your face the same way (Twss)

I had Fives 2.0 ... they flaked at the ear stems and nose rest.

True. M Frame is a different beast. Even my newer Z87 pre M2 and 2.0 has been stellar.

I mean technically they’re going strong, but the inside of the frame is peeling.

I agree. If I would have known they were painted I would have went for the polished black instead even though they show scratches worse. This is also assuming polished is actually the bare plastic.
