Changing romeo lens and have a problem to remove the screw

Hello everyone i need help, i want to change the lens of my romeo sunglass,but i notice the screw on the top of the frame is t6 and at the bottom is flat head i dont know how to un screw it
.ill attached the the photo .
I dont know if it is normal, it is original or it is fake?

Just unscrew the top, the bottom is for support only, seems legit..

You also need a Set of Orbital Gaskets and some Romeo Nosebombs.
Without the Orbital Gaskets your new lenses will crack again right away.

Thanks ,the problem is the screw at the bottom the head is flat i cannot un screw it, as shown in photo i cannot also change the rubber gasket ,,,, ,at top of the frame is no problem it is t6 srcrew.

There is no screw on the bottom.
