Changing romeo lens and have a problem to remove the screw

Thanks ,the problem is the screw at the bottom the head is flat i cannot un screw it, as shown in photo i cannot also change the rubber gasket ,,,, ,at top of the frame is no problem it is t6 srcrew.

You don’t have to check it. If there is a screw in the bottom, throw the entire frame in the trash.
