Do They offer 30 year fixed rate loans there? Was talking to my cousin a few years ago and they only had adjustable available

I’m not sure if 30 years is available anymore... it may just be 25 now.

I just signed a 5 year term at 2.59% fixed... down from 3.4% I had before.

My house will be paid within the next 10 years... I’m not displeased
