No. I think they really could have been a splatter collection for Razer Blades like they had for M frames

I disagree. I have 3 pairs of the splatter blades and all have the fading base color underneath. This look like customs.

I'll just assume they are DIY/Custom, not like that from the factory.

It is a DIY custom. It didn’t come from the factory that way. Definitely not a Rosa or STPL pair.
