DIY Custom Case

That turned out great, I think the wrap would work well, but I don't think you need to paint it if your going to do the wrap
 
Decided to go the cheaper route with spray paint. Just letting it settle, may need a second coat

Did some touch up along the sides. Hardware coming in later this weekend.

How far apart are the shelves in a standard case?

Are you going to do rivets? (This is not my case but i covet it pretty hard...)

I was thinking about it. They would be decorative if I did them. Wouldn't be hard, but not sure how well it would stick to the painted area. Already wet sanded the paint.

Also not sure if I should just do a black backdrop instead of the plexiglass. It's going against a wall, so I don't really need it...and it is removable since I'm just using retainers for the acrylic.

I like the case you sent though! Looks sharp

Just need to do the Oakley logo for the top, cap for the top and led strips on the inside
