Does anyone know what this is? I just received these and opened the box, when I walked outside and turned the right way I could see the defect at angl

this is the second pair of new RX eyeglasses from Oakley this month, the first set they sent me the frames were bent up out of the box. what the hell is happening at Oakley quality control???
Does anyone know what this is called or from?

Crazing or stress cracks from inserting the lens. Either way send them back!

The anti reflective coating is cracked. It’s pretty common. Could be from stress in the lens or extreme temp changes.
