Longwinded story:

I saw supersharp's surgery selfie in the selfie thread first and I had no idea what the surgery was for, since he did not disclose the reason there. I was't trying to say I didn't know what a hernia was. Although, I appreciate you telling me.

Ah, since he'd mentioned it was hernia surgery like five times already I thought you'd seen that and your "have no idea what the surgery was for" post meant you wanted further elaboration on the hernia part...
