Juliet T6 Torx screws

Hi all,
Anyone know what the actual size of the threads of the T6 torx head screws are? i.e pitch, metric/imperial etc? I understand they are prone to stripping, but I guess being an engineer I'm a little disappointed that this is the case so I'm looking into possible alternatives.

I'm a little disappointed that this is the case so I'm looking into possible alternatives.

I don't know if that is a wheel that needs reinventing- there are plenty of replacement screws readily available and the key items are a decent driver (ie: WiHa) and some penetrant.
I think that the OEM failure rate is actually pretty small with the hundreds of thousands of X Metals in the field.
