I've explained what I can do and what I can't in a few threads. Please contact boss with your concerns.. I'm a moderator and I don't control the forum... just a very small part in some of its areas. Not even this one. I feel you guys but all i can suggest and I'll say it again..message boss with your findings and experiences and ask for him to step in.. he's the one and only person that would have a say in what happens to this particular member.

Exactly the reason I ducked out and let my membership expire. This isn't the first time Mods have let people continue to scam people. With the whole oakleyandi debacle, lots of messages and threads mysteriously disappeared. I never got my $1200 in X-Metals back nor did I get a response from mods...other than "leave negative feedback...." which also somehow disappeared. No thanks. I used to be very active here. Just a place to sell for me to list a pair every now and then, now. Plenty of new members with no repercussions if I get scammed. It's a shame, really...because there are some great people on the forum.

I've made some great friends here and thankful to those that call or text me to shoot the $hit.

Please know that when I say "mods" I'm being very general. I have no idea how forums work and who's in charge of what. I'm not pointing fingers but someone in the ranks allows it to continue.

I guess it is a time OF Mod should create a deterrent policy, ie to make scammer think twice before doing it like @registration, to do an auto filter for a certain "list of scammers" for name, email, address... --> auto ban!
