Oakley EV ZERO

Here's hoping I can get a matte black, black iridium N2T EV Range in the near future (so long as I like them Tuesday when they arrive)

A #3 would do, too, with the iridium not laid on the "frame" portion of the lens.

Any one have a picture of the Silver/Sapphire Zero? Not a stock photo but personally taken?
I saw it at the store today but didn't take a pic. It was a really nice combo, and I thought about getting it, along with the Jade pair, but the reason that I didn't is that to me they were just new Oakleys, like the Radars, M Frame, etc. Even with F&F it wasn't worth it for me. The Planet X, being a classic colorway, to me made them feel more like Zeros (if that makes sense) and pushed me over the edge. However if you're a fan of the Sapphire lens, then I say go for it, you'll probably be happy with them. It is a beautiful blue. I might regret not getting them.

You're right, mate. That didn't make sense.
Ha! Ok Herbs I'll try to be more clear: I think most of the new Oakleys are cheap, Chinese dog$#!+, especially the "new x metals", so-called Valve, re-releases, etc, etc. So when I first heard about the EV Zero, I was expecting more disappointment. But when I saw the Vintage Planet X colorway, I was pleasantly surprised and I liked it enough to spend $112.

I tried a pair on briefly today. Not sure if it was the anti theft tag on it adding to the flex but definitely felt flimsy compared to an original sub zero. Admittedly I was pressed for time so didn't get a chance to try a pair otherwise.

The tags do ruin the feel of pairs imo. One arm isn't making full contact sometimes and then there's a lopsided weight.
