'Kid gloves' aren't enough with these 'puppies'. By holding the orbit, one at a time, with the Microclear cloth over the back of it. Then(with your other hand) 'pop' the lens slowly out. Luck won't play any part, but maybe heating them up before the lens swap would be an essential.

Best way to heat them?

Because of lens curvature, I would think it would be almost impossible to work the lens from the rear. But then again I am the non-expert.

Is there a frame that pops out towards the back? That wouldn’t seem right.

I’m just wanting to do everything exactly right so that I won’t put any more stress than I have to lol
