Wife bought me a Moment Lens and Moment Case last year for Christmas...

Really nice, high quality combo - it's not gross clip-on junk you see on Amazon for $10...

some of the cheapies aren't too bad but that fish eye is great!! gonna have a look at these

The cheap ones that clip on via a clamp, are trash fires hahaha !!!

They distort and get fuzzy at the edges - from a photography standpoint, it's complete garbage...

These Moment lenses are heavy and built extremely well - no need to worry about pics being out of focus or being soft at the edges

...agree about the wide angle but the macro lenses are pretty decent.

I don't know if Moment makes a macro lens TBH - haven't even looked, but I'm sure it's tack sharp

Here's a macro I took with one of those olloclip macros in 2011 - looks ok, but it was a real bitch to get it just right...

You can also see the black on the edges

Hey bud, I have been looking at this lens system for a while. Which case did you get for your phone. Also, which lenses did you get. I ordered the filmmakers case as I need a thin case. But am not sure about how much protection it gives for drops.

I got the phone case made for iPhone X

And I got two lenses - the fisheye 170 degrees and the 18mm...

The 18mm is huge, so that's why I keep the fisheye 170 on my camera the most (it's shorter and flatter)...

Can be cumbersome, but with my photographer mindset, I don't care

Yeah, I am eyeing up the fisheye lens....no pun intended. I am thinking getting the anamorphic and the 58mm also.

I am just not sure which case to get. I preordered the filmmakers case for the iPhone 11 pro. I was thinking about going with it because it is the thinnest and will fit my gamble and my drone remote with no problems. Only thing I am unsure of is how much protection it offers. I may end up also getting the thin photo case, but it is double the thickness according to the website.
