I think this thread proves that if it is a product that is made, there is someone that will collect it. I can honestly say I would never have thought of a pen collection.

I've even heard of people collecting matchboxes. I love pens, love them, and knives. I don't have anything worthy of being posted here though, yet, but enjoy reading through this thread.

Here are my most recent pen acquisitions.
-A fired 30.06 casing Cerakoted black matched with a carbon fiber barrel.

-A fired 30.06 casing polished matched with a fiberglass barrel.

-A Sharbo X multi with a carbon fiber grip and aluminum barrel.

-A custom zirconium grip matched with a carbon fiber barrel and titanium clip.

-Finally, one of the most beautiful works of art in pen-making, and is 2 of my favorite materials. A Damascus grip and top matched with a carbon fiber barrel and titanium clip and striker tip.

Wait until you see what else I've got in the works...

Various places. The 30.06 pens can be found at Cantubruner Designs. The others I had hand made for me by Matthew Martin.

Mont Blanc Meisterstück platinum here too, guess it's a bit of a default choice. Mind you, glad I went platinum rather than yellow gold. Just found it again after I thought I'd lost it for a couple of years with nothing to show for it but the empty case!
