Question on shocktube frames

I've seen these frames with colored lenses with no leash holes on the ear stems? Fake product right? Aren't they "si" military frames only. With just matte black and desert frames. With just grey and black and maritime lenses only right?

Mine dont have the strap holes at the end. There were T22 and T45 shooting lenses also.
