Look just like a set of fuse lenses I had cut for my XX awhile back. (Shamefully). I have sense had them refreshed by ZWC0442. With original lenses.

Fuse lenses are much thinner.. aftermarket.. nothing to do with these

You'd need a lens like that to begin with that they can cut from...and it would have to be the same base curve (8.75 for X-Metals)
