I think it depends on the frame, but I may be mistaken. I know in the past there used to be subtle differences but the radar EVs are probably just the nosepads

Are these the low bridge fit or standard?

This is standard Radar EV. In low bridge fit, nose pads are thicker. I also have the thicker nose pads, if you want.
