Single And Double In GTA

Just letting you fellow Canadian members and US members close by, guy posted 2 hours ago on Kijiji Toronto Single Tower for 750 obo and a Double I believe for 1250. Now there's probably a good chance you can talk him down seeing that he put (obo) for the single price but not the double. Worth a shot if your interested.
