Did you file a police report?
You have some good pics. of him and his wheels.
He has to be from the neighborhood and would dare drive far with a bunch
of packages with all different addresses on it.

I had Something similar happen to me last year. I knew the person that stole from my porch and had the cops at her house in 45 min after she took packages off my porch. Had it all on video. Her ass went back to jail and I got my FMJ/emerald XX back
