Nah, Texas is great. You just gotta avoid the wrong spots. Like texas a&m / College Station. How do you know you're getting close to College Station? You start seeing sheep backed up against fences...

Cheapest gas I ever bought was in Texas during college. 79 cents a gallon. Was brief but awesome. Hovered around a dollar for a while.Similar threads
