From memory, I think it’s actually on the 1 Pelota hardcase (or possibly the box). It’s not on the jawbones.
Interesting. Mine didn't have any signatures and I got them straight from Mellow Johnny's on release and I don't recall them being advertised with one either.

From my understanding they were only go to do 50 in total of these Jawbones. They are the Juan Pelota (aka Lance Armstrong) edition from his twitter persona where he posts his triathlon training.
