I don't frequent Taco Smell but sometimes I'm in the right mood for it. I tried the naked chicken chalupa last week.

It was surprisingly tasty but smaller than I expected (TWSS).

I happened to have some food today that was pretty tasty and was Mexican related but not fast food.

Love my smoker, just don't use it as much as I'd like to.

Wish I had time to use that today for these.....way to much going on.

My "cheater" way is to wrap them in plastic wrap then foil. Put in over for 6 hrs at 200. Pull them out, sauce them up and glaze them on the grill for 20 mins or so.

I'll post after pics later.......
