Beer can burgers, balsamic caramelized onions and mushrooms, black pudding, with an egg, all wrapped in honey cured bacon if you listen hard, thats my arteries clogging up

All the umami. Roast cauli and courgette with black garlic and parmesan. Finished up with a summer pudding as I needed some acid to follow all that savouriness!

Are you a chef? The way you talk about food reminds me of an old mechanic guy that I knew as a kid. He talked about old cars the same way.

No, I just have a (un?)healthy interest in it! I’m missing going to nice restaurants so having to fill in myself. I pick up quite a few ideas for dishes and ingredients when I go out to eat.

We all have our interests and hobbies. Your food interests are definitely noticeable! That's a good one to have too, cause, we all gotta eat...just as well to be really good when we do
