Will the discontinuation of the watch line cause values to increase?

As you may know I've a few watches and from my experience in buying watches, I would say that the watches values will increase for the Collectors, but just for the "high end" ones.
I did also never paid retail prices so far

I agree with most here. Every Oakley watch I bought has been at less than half its retail price. Even the FMJ sold for half of its retail price on eBay of all places for $5K recently. They all start out at a huge mark up and drop like a rock from there.
The amazing Oakley industrial design is one of a kind, unforutnately the pricing doesn't hold up.

considering supply and demand rule..... I think people will pay more for the watches but value per say I think not.

I think it may have been said before ... But anything 'rare' (TB2, FMJ, Certain colours of HP and MM) should sell for about MSRP or more (like x metals) and anything regular will be selling for less (crankcase and Bottlecaps etc...)
