Which replacement lenses for my Oakley x-metal frame?

Hello, first post here. Hope someone can help me tell which exact frame I have and what lenses (name) I should purchase for replacement? Current lenses are pretty scratched (hard to see in the pic) and it would be nice to have some new ones.

Also, can someone tell me if it's a pretty "easy job" to tighten the "nose" to the frame in the left side, as it's become quite loose, or if I need to send them to an oakley specialist?

And the lenses is 24k iridium
If don't have serial number in the arm is 4gen

For make a tune-up for fix the nose bridge is no a easy job I recomend send to @THE X-MAN he have magic in his hands

U have a XX 24k glasses and u can can send ur frames to @THE X-MAN and he can sort out ur loose nose

Thanks guys. Looks like he can change lenses too? Does he have correct lenses in stock or do I need to buy them and send them with the glasses? (maybe I should just ask him). I hope he does international.

He doesn't have lenses but u can buy lenses from eBay or once u have been on here long enough and had enough posts on here u can get on the exchange on here and buy from other members. There is a place where it tells u about the rules but I'm sure someone will post a link up

After purchasing I got my Oakley's checked at an optician, he loosened the nose->frame a bit so it could fit my giant head, only now the "wiggle" seems a bit much, so it would be nice if it could be tightened a bit.
